My experience with dentists over the years have been terrifying. So much so that I have let my teeth go. I would get so nervous. I would just cry as soon as I walk in the door. My husband had a great experience with metro so I decided to give it a try to get new dentures. Let me tell you, they were the most compassionate and understanding staff I have ever experienced. Not the first tear shed! I had one tooth that needed to be pulled, and it was out before I even knew it! They never made me feel embarrassed. Highly recommend. Dr. Brown and office staff are A1!!!!
I have been going to Metro Dental Lab since 2000..That's 25 years..Dr. Brown and staff have taken.care of me..After fighting cancer I still come to Dr.Brown..He is a great dentist.Mary Blalock.
I would have gave 5 stars but the place needs a better customer experience in the back needs to be upgrade. Although everyone is friendly and professional my dentist did a great job I felt like I was not the best patient because I was in so much pain so please forgive me. I had a wisdom tooth that was deep in my gums and it broke off and I had lock jaw.( I had a vision the Dr. was going to have a hard time with this one , I can see him going to war with this wisdom teeth trying to pull it out , with his feet on the wall to give him some support while pulling out this tooth, LOL! Its what I was thinking. I was so nervous but I got through it. The DR. and staff did an amazing job the after care was a breeze. Thanks Metro Dental.
