“I was referred to this clinic by Dr. Glenn Maron after my implant was done, but my general dentist was not able to get the right impression for the crowns/ appliance I needed to complete the job. Of course I was very sad and frustrated , but as soon I entered this office and met Ms. Jessica the Manger, who arranged a quick meeting with Dr.Chas Pleasance, I felt respect, understanding, and kindness all through the clinic. Dr. Chas promised to help me in anyway possible to either install the appliance from the dentist or make me one that will work. In my appointment a week later Dr. Chas worked hard to apply the crowns/appliance, but found it not functioning correctly, so he started all over, promising to deliver and apply in three weeks. I appreciated getting a 20% discount due to my previous expense for the same crowns. I am very optimistic that I am in good hands with this clinic and Dr. Chas, because the management is based on kindness, compassion and respect, and my Dr. seems to be very caring and as he mentioned has some control over the lab that makes the crowns. I am sure and hoping to get my job done in about 3 weeks. I will be writing anther review then.“

“Perimeter Dental is the best! I have used this practice since its beginning. Most recently Dr Yang replaced a crown and once again the procedure was done in a professional, caring, pain-free manner. Dr Yang has excellent skills, the latest equipment and delivers services in a caring, responsive, compassionate manner. The beautiful, spacious new office is obviously designed prioritizing quality care and patient comfort. From the front desk staff, hygienists, administrative staff (thanks Kirah for that beautiful smile) , to the doctors everyone is professional, friendly and excel at what they do. “After (4) visits with EAFD over 18 months, I’ve always received courteous, caring and competent attention from everyone, both office and medical staff. Never did I believe my prior dentist of 40+ years could be surpassed, but I was wrong. The dental care provided by this clinic instills an expectation of anxiety free experience, to the extent that is possible. I rate EAFD as Superlative.

Four days prior to my bi-annual teeth cleaning, I suffered a chipped front tooth. Although certainly not a medical emergency, it clearly was an appearance crisis for me. EAFD staff incredibly secured not only an early appointment but also changed the prior appointment for the same time. No doubt this is not always possible but it does reflect their extraordinary effort to accommodate a patient need. It’s a unique experience whenever office staff cares as much as the health care provider and Dr. M sets a high bar to achieve.“
