I hadn’t been to a dentist in longer than I should’ve so I was extremely anxious prior to and during, but everyone here was soo amazing and sweet, including the person who scheduled me, the front desk person who checked me in, the dental hygienist (Latriece), and Dr. Carter! Dr. Carter was very kind, warm, and friendly plus she happily listened to all my nervous ramble about my dental history and concerns. She explained her findings and didn’t try to sell me on anything, which is unbelievable! Latriece was also amazing and answered all my questions with good advice to improve my dental health. The front desk staff and dental assistant amazing when I say they call you and let you know if they have availability I honestly love the reach out part most offices ignore you until they’re ready to call but blush top tier with customer service the only thing I didn’t like is the dentist they assigned me when talking to her she would be responding and rolling her eyes at the same time but the one I have today amazing love it .. and the ladies at the front desk absolutely amazing and willing to give you a laugh or two
