Everything about the Spa at the Starling was amazing! Peter at the front desk was efficient, kind and professional. We enjoyed a couples massage and Tamiko and Omar were awesome!! Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and top notch. And lastly, Christine is the attendant and a true asset to the spa. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! We can't wait to come back!

The spa is in the basement and it was freezing cold. The staff was loud. I could hear them talking and laughing while I sat in the relaxation room. My massage was subpar as the massage therapist was constantly stepping away and her phone kept vibrating. I was then forced to give a $36 tip that I don’t believe I should have had to pay seeing that she was potentially texting while performing my service.

This was a nice welcome to have in the city. The interior wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be, but the staff was friendly and the offerings included all the things you expected.The hot stone experts were amazing and killed it for our couples massage
