On a 90+ degree day when the AC quit, they worked the customer into their schedule for the afternoon. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly, obtained the part, and installed it in less than an hour and a half. Another customer’s AC went out over night on the hottest day of the year, and they came out immediately and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. The company is female and mother owned. Communication was clear and fast, with the service manager arriving the next day to take measurements and answer endless questions. He caught something that could be a trigger for a child with health issues. The team gave various options, walking customers through each part and guiding them to the right choice. Ordering and installation were a breeze. Customers report the team was very efficient, professional, and polite, and highly recommend Varsity Zone.
I highly recommend Kyle, Matt, Payo, and the entire crew at Varsity. My 30-year-old system required a full replacement, including all of the ductwork. Due to shifting variables in our ongoing remodel, I had numerous questions and required multiple quote options. I met with Kyle twice and spoke with him extensively over the phone throughout our decision-making process. Kim was awesome! Hard working, professional and most importantly he was honest. It was a super hot day and he worked for hours in the heat to help us out.
What a great experience we had with this company. Beyond their quick assessment and quote process, which gave us options without any pressure, they installed our new HVAC system and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. Now, a couple of days into finally having a new AC, I can say without hesitation I'm glad we decided to go with Varsity Zone HVAC.
