Three Years Later, Cody Is Still the Only Person We Call for HVAC
We first found Cody with Fox Pros HVAC in July 2023, just a few months after moving back to Atlanta. We were having cooling issues, and he came out right away. From that very first visit, he was helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and just felt incredibly trustworthy.
And yes, I know saying someone “felt trustworthy” may sound funny in a review—but sometimes you meet someone and can immediately tell they’re just a good person. That was Cody.

Our a/c went out and Fox Pros was recommended by a friend. We texted Cody Fox Wednesday evening after hours and received an immediate response with an appointment for the next afternoon. Philip our tech, provided a 30 min window and arrived as scheduled. He was polite, thorough and quickly identified the problem. He gave us a comprehensive explanation and then remained on the property for a while to make sure the problem was corrected. We were super impressed that we signed up for their maintenance program. Overall we thought the price was fair and the service exceptional.
Excellent work. The apartment over our garage was at 90+ degrees. Philip did the initial inspection and told us what the issue was. It was a very old unit and had a leak in it. Cody came out and gave us an estimate on two different types of units we could go with. I felt comfortable that they were doing the job that we asked for. In the end, they put in a new furnace and unit outside they also put in some new ductwork which was needed to get the proper amount of air to the room.At a very reasonable cost to us. Cleaned up after themselves and was no sign that they were there except for the new unit out.
