Houston McBroom and his associates are the very definition of professional. He has serviced our HVAC system at home now for eighteen years. The work he performs is precise, and he is available for unexpected heating or cooling incidents. Today, 8/22/2022, he installed a complete new Trane system in our home. I've been using Mc Broom Heat & Air for 12 or more years for maintenance on my very old unit. It finally went out after 25 yrs, so Houston and his team installed a complete new Trane unit, added a WIFI thermostat which "can" be controlled with my iphone,,love the features, it's awesome, and repaired some issues with the ducts, made some alterations to force more air upstairs which cools and heats sooooo much better and sealed them ,,,and I really like the longer lasting filter !! Houston is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality on top of it. It's a family owned business so you know he's going to take care of his customers.
