I have used Milton Mechanical for years. They are always knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. They provide fabulous maintenance services, and have also quickly diagnosed and fixed occasional issues. I’m a customer for life!!
I have been using Milton Mechanical for at least 5-6 years for all of my HVAC needs. The owner, Ken (who usually answers the phone when I call), and his staff are great. I am a professional handyman and manage 3 properties, so I have a little knowledge about HVAC systems. After fixing a couple of easy issues with my tenant's AC today (Saturday), there was one more issue with the control board that I thought I needed a professional's help with. I called Ken to set up a service appointment, and he said he could get out there on Sunday, but told me I should check one more thing that he knew I could handle. Sure enough, problem solved. Ken, Randy , Alberto and Rodrigo were the absolute BEST!! I had a warranty issue and they had provided a 10 year labor warranty and came out to replace my ac coil free of charge, as advertised!!I just recently used Milton again when I replaced a very old system in my house. They had the best price and warranty, and then performed a great installation with NO problems!!Service: A/C system repair
