The fan on our main floor AC quit at 10:30 Saturday night, and we were worried we’d be stuck all weekend. Ken, the owner of Milton Mechanical Services, showed up Sunday morning to diagnose the problem and let us know a new fan motor would be available Monday. Alberto arrived right on time Monday morning, installed the part efficiently, and had us cooled off again. Great people, fast service, and a company you can trust.

We called Milton Mechanical when we wanted to install a mini-split AC unit in our condo and didn't know where to start.
