I called Gagne in the morning and spoke with a very professional coordinator who arranged to have a technician come to our home within a few hours, even on an extremely hot day. Our air conditioning system had suddenly stopped working, and we were desperate to get it fixed.
Needless to say, we were very relieved when Gary, a highly qualified technician, arrived and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend Gagne!

Rick was great at explaining all the details and answered all of my questions in detail about replacing our central air unit.
Unit comparisons were explained as well as details about the installation and replacement process. Purchase options and average installation costs were laid out in detail. He presented a very thorough analysis of our choices and needs.
Rick left nothing to chance in his presentation.
We presently use Gagne for our yearly HVAC servicing.. Again great quality of service was experienced. We await the final bid for our unit replacement. Thank you, Rick.
