Jermaine our technician was professional and very knowledgeable. We were pleased with his work and we have asked for him for our next visit and our daughter's maintenance visit as well.
The service itself was fine right up until the tech had to leave. He asked to use the bathroom to which I agreed. It wasn’t until I went back later to discover that he had peed all over the toilet seat, floor, and wall and made no effort to clean it up. He also used a bathroom without soap and had his hands all over the home of an immunocompromised person.
When I called to alert the company to this last week I was told that a manager would call me back. They have not.

Very professional from start to finish. We had an older ac unit that had gone bad. I set up an appointment through Costco. Daniel came out and checked out the system. He was very thorough and gave me a very fair quote on what needed to be done. He scheduled the installation for the next day! The guys arrived first thing in the morning. They too were very professional. Joel and Benny went right to work with the removal of the old system and installation of the new. They were very thorough with everything. Checked out the new system, reviewed everything, cleaned up and left. Very happy with the entire process. Highly recommend 4 Seasons!!
