“Wow! This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company.. I called Metro Power/Plumbing just after lunch on Friday Aug. 1st 2025. I explained my situation to the lady who answered, she advised me she will forward my call to Bentley who I assume must be the foreman for the plumbing dept. Bentley understood the position I was in with my due diligence on a home we are purchasing ends on Sunday 3rd. I needed to know if the 170 ft sewer line is made of pvc, not the old terracotta since the home was built in 1938. This would decide rather we would continue to close on the house. Bentley said he will have Christian call me when he's on the way..Approximately 30 minutes later Christian called and said he was 20 minutes away. I met him and Blake at the house. They were amazing friendly and professional. I was amazed at how they use high tech equipment including the camera that they send through your pipes. Pretty cool! Luckily it was all PVC. ? TG! I mentioned I didn't know where the water meter might be. Christian found it covered up by the front road. 2 hours in the hot sun, Christian had to crawl under the house and not one cuss word, no complaining just hard workers. They even gave me a break on the labor charges. I will definitely be using Metro again for all my plumbing needs.“

“I had to call multiple times to get through to scheduling a visit for my leak underneath my sink. Once George showed up, he was actually very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. However he discovered I needed a new sink faucet which I didn’t have. I was told to go ahead & pay $250 that day which included the faucet replacement once I bought it so I obliged. I would like to mention, their office doesn’t answer the phone so much that he couldn’t initially take my card payment so I offered to have him follow me to the bank. I paid him & he instructed me to call his cell or the office to schedule for him to come back & replace the sink. I called what now has to be 20x. Eventually someone answered & I attempted to reschedule but they said George would call me. When he called he said he’d come by the very next day. It’s been days now & he has not come nor will they answer the phone.Update: The plumber ended up calling back and coming back to finish the job.
