I had to call multiple times to get through to scheduling a visit for my leak underneath my sink. Once George showed up, he was actually very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. However he discovered I needed a new sink faucet which I didn’t have. I was told to go ahead & pay $250 that day which included the faucet replacement once I bought it so I obliged. I would like to mention, their office doesn’t answer the phone so much that he couldn’t initially take my card payment so I offered to have him follow me to the bank. Called and was told they would come by the next day. Texted them after not seeing anyone. No response, so I called. Said they were still coming and would call me. No one showed up or called. Wouldn't answer any other calls or texts. seem Seems very shady.....

Were out to my home within the hour of me calling- identified and repaired the issue very fast. Have been given the run around by another plumber for weeks, they knew exactly what to do. Very professional & knowledgeable, highly recommend.Services: Sewer repair
