04/15/26 I made a maintenance request with my landlord via the app this morning (after 8am) it's now 1:34pm and the my issue has been fixed Jackie and Turner came right on out and wasted no time fixing my issues. I thank you guys and I will highly recommend these company again and especially the two above named individuals
All the staff were very professional..from my first call to inquire to my third call to schedule.. They were patient with all my questions.. Mark and Chris came out to my home, identified the issue and corrected it in a timely manner. They took time to listen to me as well as explain the issue in an understandable way. I would definitely use Professional Plumbing again! (Mrs. Hightower)
Both of my kitchen sinks had been clogged for two weeks…. And Draino didn’t help at all. Fortunately, my nephew referred me to Mark at Professional Plumbing.
Mark showed up promptly, and had them unplugged within thirty minutes.
Apparently I had something solid in my drain pipe, that was way down pretty far, but Mark had it fixed in no time!
He was very professional, kind, and thorough.
