My toilet flange was broken and they had to come in and break the flooring just to remove it, When my toilet initially broke He was out of town so i had to call another local company and they wanted to charge be close to $1750 to break the concrete around the flange to remove it, contacted bywaters and told them he told me he would get to me in a few days and was upset that the other company wanted to charge that much, he came 3 days later and fixed the entire thing and i paid under $500.
