These guys were great from start to finish - a professional inspector came and provided us with 3 different options to choose from; we were concerned that we were not going to be able to afford a metal roof - they offered options if we had cash and a payment plan for the remaining balance.
They came bright and early, took off old roof in a few hours and put a waterproof layer on the decking before they started the install of the metal. I gotta tell you, it’s a skill!! Having to put it all together, as nice and simple it looks it’s definitely intricate to put together. The entire install took about a week as they warned us (that’s a normal for metal roofs).
Our house looks great! Metal roof definitely elevates the whole look of the house and I have a peace of mind that we have many years to come not to worry about insurance knocking into my door telling to replace it ?“

“Our experience with Central Homes Roofing & Solar started with a custom yard sign with the name and phone number of a project manager. Not long after I text messaged Mr. Woodall, inquiring about replacing a fascia board, he responded, promising to come to have a look and give us a quote.

On the scheduled day, Mr. Woodall came punctually. He climbed up on our roof and checked the area where a fascia board was missing. Then he discussed with us the fascia replacement and also showed us photos of the existing shingles which were in bad shape. His honest and trustworthy description and clear explanation convinced us of the necessity of replacing shingles soon. We made our decision right then. Following our signing off the estimate, every step of the project---getting permit from the county, delivering a dumpster, installing new shingles and new fascia board, cleaning our driveway, getting county inspection and getting a wind mitigation inspection- went smoothly.

Before, during and after the project, the construction superintendent Jonathan communicated with us frequently and effectively, keeping us informed every step of the way and leaving us no worries. Jonathan is a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional young man, having earned our trust.

That the crew members are respectful, hardworking, willing to show up early and staying late and producing quality work has impressed us. Kavin, the crew leader makes sure that his crew members' needs of various kind get satisfied.

“Jason and his team did an excellent job. The crew was curious and very attentive, both in the removal and the replacement. Every day the site was picked up so we never had to concern ourselves with screws, etc. While I was in the tarp phase, his crews had to come back and re-attach our tarps, and was very responsive to get it done to prevent more leakage. “I enjoy the service at this bar. It is a bit of a dive but sometimes those are the best kind of bars. They have recently expanded which is nice. The owner is amazing and her staff has always been friendly. They have plenty of TV's, dart boards, pool tables, and places to sit. Their prices are better than a lot of the other bars in the area.
