I was satisfied with the diligence of Flo and my project manager, up until the end of the job:The fault is mostly with the contractor who is doing the final repairs. He started on Friday, planning to continue the job on Monday. This may not be their fault, but I have to live those two days in what looks like a war zone (see images). If I had been given some notice in a timely manner (this is where I blame my project manager), I may have been able to arrange a hotel for the next few days until the job is done. Our first floor condo received water damage from a condo above. F&P responded the same day we called. They were great to work with from the water mediation, dry out down to removing damaged sheet rock and matching the paint! Everything looks great and no one would ever know we had the flood!! I highly recommend them.Services: Flood cleanup

Outstanding company. Very polite, professional, and prompt. Came to the home within a day of initial contact. Did superior work and tarped the roof. Storm winds loosened the tarp, and these folks came out the following day, in the dark of night, with rain and strong winds, and readjusted the tarp just hours before a hurricane. Outstanding customer service like that is just too hard to find anymore. I can't recommend this company enough.
