the experience was great, every one was very nice,especially the lady who did my hair, Alessandra I believe. She was extremely professional and gave great customer service. I absolutely love what she did to my hair. Before my appointment I was very excited because I had a $500 gift card and it had been a very long time since I did anything to my hair. My excitement was short lived as the day before my appointment I found out that the $500 wouldn't cover all of the services ( highlights and a cut). So going into the appointment I was no longer excited and mostly felt anxious. But thanks to Alessandra she turned my day around and made it a great appointment. I still think the prices are way too high but the overall experience was great, thanks to Alessandra
The environment is absolutely lovely, the staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The access to the transportation is very easy I would absolutely stay here again

Comprehensive fitness center. Good size. Several treadmills and ellipticals, one rowing machine. Two cycle bikes and one traditional bike machine. Very small stretch zone (mirror and bar). Chest press machine, lat pulldown machine. One multi plate machine with small weights, dumbbells go to 50 lbs. One set of kettle bells and a few medicine balls. Shares lockers and showers with the attached spa. Wifi and TV's and has unobtrusive music. Lots of towels and wipes along with water fountain. Well appointed for being a "hotel gym".
Went here on the last day of our holidays for a skin fade for me and my son, absolutely awesome we both love our haircuts, went in from a guy recommending them on Instagram! Very very impressed see you in a couple of years!

Her stylist, Raquel, was exceptional. She made my daughter feel comfortable, kept her entertained throughout the entire experience, and treated her like a true princess. Her hair, nails, and makeup turned out absolutely beautiful, and my little one couldn’t stop admiring herself in the mirror.
