I've lived in South Florida my entire life and have always used Cherry Roofing which is three times, three different addresses. I'm not an easy customer to deal with, but they are patient and respectful. My recommendation to anyone is to Know exactly what you plan to do from the beginning when you sign the contract including deciding between goose necks or ridge vents. For some reason I signed without realizing I was getting a goose neck, but they jumped some hoops for me and I got the ridge vent I wanted with an extra $300 which was more than fair. Cherry Roofing saved my sanity! My ceiling was suddenly leaking and they came as soon as I called, found the issue, and provided great service. I asked for a few extras for peace of mind and they were helpful with suggestions to make sure my roof is highly protected. They were professional and kept me updated on the schedule, staying on it as promised. I would highly recommend them!

Our HOA had a 4 month window given by citizens insurance to replace 15 yo roof & skylights or not be renewed. We had planned to replace in year 17. Bid requests, evaluations & special assessments all had to be completed. Cherry Roofing stood out as transparent, fair pricing and met their commitment which required weekend work to get it done correctly and on time. Nice family business that you don’t come around too often in South Florida. Can honestly recommend.
