To renew a prescription refill should be a smooth transition. I'm not on the portal so didn't know who to call. I heard voice message medication refill department. I called and got this long lecture about 1 mg Xanax. My doctor has prescribed this for 2 yrs and trusts me. I'm a responsible patient and if I am NOT let my doctor discuss his concerns. I take as prescribed. Mood point. Senior citizens don't sit around and do nothing. I was going on a trip and I was coming up with no refills in a matter of a few days so as organized as I am called in the medication dept and got nothing but arguments. I was skeptical, but the have exceeded my expectations Danny, Richard, Carlos, and of course Dr. McQueeney are all amazing. Oh let me not leave out Erica she’s new there but very professional so make sure if she is helping you, are kind and practice your patience
