Absolutely love this place. I've been taking the muay thai classes for around a year and the have yet to fail at being fun. Tonya and DJ are amazing trainers and everyone feels like family to me. Although I haven't taken the bjj classes, they look fun and their trainers look competent.

First off, I have to say, this place is spotless! From the entrance door to the bathrooms, changing rooms, and gym, everything is immaculate. It’s just not okay to walk in and find the entrance door greasy or sticky.
