Jim came to my home right on time and quickly took his measurments, after I explained to him what I wanted. He took his time to explain to me what the process would entail and the approximate time table as he had to pull a permit. He gave me the estimate there on the spot which I found to be very fair and compettitive (I had two estimates already from different companies). I signed up with Jim and gave him the deposit. His office kept in touch with me throughout the permiting process and kept me informed. My job started within days of them receiving the permit. The crew was professional and courteous and got the job done quickly and with precission.
