Our parents had set up death arrangements with Quattlebaum many years ago when they lived down in West Palm Beach. My Dad passed away on the 20th of November and we contacted them based on their policies. From the start, Doug, the funeral director was very professional and compassionate. He explained the entire process to us and helped guide us through step by step, answering any questions along the way. He is a gem and I am so glad we had him to handle my Dad’s remains and set up his service and all the details that come with this. Also, Paula was very kind and compassionate. Quattelbaum was just perfect! They did everything right from the start and were caring, kind and courteous. They made me feel very comfortable, and I would recommend them to everyone.
Excellent service ! HUGE HUGE thank you to Doug the Funeral Director, he was so calm and patient and helped us every step of the way for the cremation of our father. He was so helpful and kind and such a pleasure to work with and communicative! Also thank you to Michael the other funeral Director and Tianna who answers the phones - also phenomenal!!! You all gave us so much peace and comfort during this experience! Exceptional!
