I just went for a routine mammogram and was incredibly impressed with the service overall. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked back out it was under 15 mins, and that includes check-in and time in the waiting room before I was called back. The imaging technician was professional and efficient, but still friendly and thorough. She was clearly very skilled in taking the images, making it a smooth process. And it was nice that the appointments were running on time. Additionally, she told me results would be available in 2 to 3 days, but I was surprised to receive the results same-day.

Mr. Carter Hargreaves has been my Occupational Therapist for four months! I was in recovery for an index metacarpal fracture and a Bennett fracture of my thumb. Through Mr. Hargreaves professional care and willingness to guide, motivate, and inspire I have recovered relatively fast over a short time. During the first phase of my injury, I came to grips with the fact that my hand will now forever be weak along with me potentially losing my job and ability to work in the future. I always wait a very long time to get in for my appointment time. A very very long time. The office staff, and especially the surgery scheduler, are not very kind. It’s very hard to get anything accomplished when you call. I try the app but have low confidence in responsiveness.
