Based on excellent reviews from my insurance company, I contacted Sierra MacDonald's office. As a new patient my experience from the initial phone call to my appointment with Ms. MacDonald matched the reviews --excellent, very helpful, timely, considerate, and knowledgeable by the entire staff. I'm happy and this is my office forever.

Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. My wait time was minimal. The Audiologist and ENT I visited addressed my issues and answered questions to my satisfaction. I recommend this group and will visit again when deemed necessary.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
