Unlike other contractors, he doesn't try to circumvent the system by offering a no-permit option with reduced pricing, nor have any requirements on the number of openings for him to do the project.

The project went smoothly. Permit was pulled immediately after deposit and I was able to see it on the city's website. After the promised fabrication period, contractors showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner. Afterwards, he promptly scheduled and was present for the final inspection with the city inspector.

Usually contractors say « go to xxx (large chain stores) and pick the materials you want when you don’t have enough or no expertise about quality/origin/adequacy/delivery among thousands of options . Cher did the drywall, ceilings, and painting in several of the rooms that were damaged and I was very pleased with their pricing and service.
