The absolute best! We hired JR to backfill stone in a trench we cut open to replace water lines. The day the job, we were able to work out a favorable deal to use concrete instead. He was very responsive (I flew into town for this and he did not left me down), he brought the proper equipment and the right team to do an outstanding job including cleaning up when complete. I wish I could leave 10 starts.
