First, in the interest of full disclosure, this is the second review I'm giving because I sold my old house and just bought a new one. They did my first home about 3 years ago and I wanted them to do the window treatments for the new home based on the positive experience I had on my previous home. I have to say I am confused about the negative reviews. I'd sooner say the problem is with the reviewers and not the business being reviewed. Roth did the window treatments for my two houses and one of my neighbor's houses, and I have yet to see any indication of anything less than the highest level of professionalism.
