Alfredo (Estimator/sales)was professional and provided a proposal including all I asked for. He is an asset to the company as are his Crew. Patient and answers the phone, and calls returned. Lindsey and Cara are very customer oriented with a relationship that leaves me feeling important and they know who I am. The color option for my new roof is exactly what I want. The Crew, with Mr. Emmanuel display expert craftsmanship on replacing a problematic skylight and they are Gentlemen. The peaks are an added aerodynamic by Doug Leman.Thank you Orchid Island Roofing. Decided to go with Orchid Roofing after having at least 15 different contractors look at my mansard. Orchid Island Roofing answered my questions and provided me with a Scope of Work in a timely manner so this is why I choose Orchid Island Roofing. When it came down to starting the job it was a little bit of a ruff start do to Indian River County losing my permit application and the job being delayed a little over a week. OIR kept me in the loop the entire time. Their crew was very polite and cleaned up everyday and the Foreman pointed out some other issues that I should address as well.
