M B Enterprises Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. is described as a fantastic roofing company that fixes flashing and roofing problems, even those that seem insurmountable, with amazing results. Customers mention friendly customer service that is increasingly rare these days. The team is knowledgeable, respectful of time and property, and does a great job. One customer reports receiving compliments on a new metal roof. For a property manager, roof projects are typically scary, with many things that can go wrong, such as damages to landscaping, driveways, soffits, fascia, or the interior of the home, plus nails and trash. This team is one of the only roofing companies the property manager never has to worry about. A roof was torn off and underlayment placed down in one day without leaving a piece of debris behind. The final finished product was absolutely stunning, with beautiful flashing, clean lines, and zero job site debris. They are worth the extra cost compared to lower priced roofers. Customers state you 100% get what you pay for. The team consistently exceeds expectations, tracks materials orders, begins work early, follows up immediately, and corrects minor problems the same or next day. They show up when they say they will, charge the price they said they would, and do the quality work promised. They respond promptly to communications and follow up after the job to be sure customers are satisfied. They deliver or over-deliver on everything. Customers recommend them very highly and would only use them going forward.

They had my clients roof torn off and underlayment placed down in one day, without leaving a piece of debris behind. No trash, no nails, nothing.
