We recently had a Standing Seam roof installed by Modtek. They were one of several quotes we received, not the most expensive or the cheapest, however the communication and follow up with John from the very beginning is what sealed the deal. He is extremely professional, communicative, responsive, and efficient. He does what he says he’s going to do. He was extremely fair and just wanted to make sure the roof was done correctly and we were happy with the final product. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs!

Modtek was a great choice for several reasons: honest, punctual, flexible, accessible, diligent, reasonable, and they don’t bad mouth other contractors (we dealt primarily with John) If we had to do it over again, we would do everything the same. Excellent value
