MedExpress Urgent Care is highly regarded for its exceptional staff, providing five-star care. The facility is praised for its friendliness and efficiency. Patients report a great experience with a fantastic, very personable, and caring team, from the receptionist to the nurse and PA. The service is fast, friendly, quick, and efficient, with a thorough check of all vitals. A knowledgeable doctor discusses the findings and explains the remedies completely.
This clinic is my go-to location whenever I am not feeling well. The front desk staff is very caring and welcoming. The MA, Kristin is very personable and professional - she's very engaging and puts you at ease. The Providers, Clark and Nancy were very patient and knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way that was understandable and did not make me feel foolish for my concerns. I do not hesitate to use this office when I need to be seen and can't get into my PCP.
Every single member of the staff is very welcoming, courteous and very helpful .The facility is very clean and well situated in Vero Beach . Their phlebotomist is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. They will definitely be my first choice should the need arise in the future
My visits was pleasant as I was met with pleasant faces and smiles.. they even remembered me and my baby. Service was quick. The team memebers that assisted me were Charlene, Kristin, Leanne and Brittany.
