Excellent staff, knowledgeable, Courteous, and perfect bedside manner. Front desk staff were helpful and managed to answer all my questions for self-pay since my insurance was out of network. I was given the option to stay and be seen here or go to another Urgent Care that could possibly be In-Network. I decided to seek services elsewhere.

I went to Point West Walk-in and the service was excellent. I waited 5 minutes to be seen and the entire staff were professional, courteous and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend them.

Whenever you are sick or in need of any care. go over to the pointe west urgent care, and hopefully you will have the help of Alexandria at the front desk. She was so helpful & kind. I felt like crap , and she was able to make me laugh & feel taken care of. Thank you
