Mike has been fantastic. He was able to show up within minutes of our call because he happened to be nearby. He wasn't able to stay long due to prior commitments, but returned a short time later to fully diagnose our problem and get our pump up and running. He showed me what needed to be done to clean the pump and keep it running, and provided a plan of action for a long term solution to remove the severe calcium scale that was clogging the pump that we had allowed to build up on the pool surface following resurfacing. Joe responded quickly when we lost our previous pool service provider and our pool had turned green with algae and we could not see the bottom. We called on a Friday and he was at our house on Monday morning. He came daily for several days until he had it sparkling clear. He has provided excellent service since.
Ahren's Pool Service is a great team, they communicate well, and they are very professional and do great work. They replaced my pool pump and dealt with other minor issues. Joe gave us a very fair price, he was easy to work with and talk to, and he seems to really care about making his customers happy. I think that is very important! I highly recommend this company for your pool needs.
