We have been using Sarasota Smart Wash a few times now and have always been pleased with the quality of service. We had our roof, gutters, soffits, fascia, sidewalks, driveway and our property always looks great. The owner, Ted Is honest and will give you a fair price. This is a full five star rating. We had our tile roof, soffits, drain gutters, cleaned along with our pool cage and pool area, sidewalk and gutter on the street. Ted the owner is an honest and humble gentleman of the highest order. He will not try to sell you on what you do not need or request, but instead help you understand how best to judge when is the the proper time for each area of your property to be cleaned.
