Pool Creations takes care of my pool weekly and has also drained acid washed and refilled the pool. They have a great staff that really does a good job. I had first signed up with Pinch a penny and they were absolutely awful. I was driving by Pool Creations stopped in and spoke to Sophia. I’m so glad I found them. They do a wonderful job.
Installed my replacement pool equipment after other companies had let me down. Ray was very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed. Scheduled installation and actual installation time was quick. Sophia had great communication throughout the entire process. Thank you!
We had an issue with the quality of the ledge, lounger, chases, and contacted Anna Cohill, at the Venice, Florida location, where they were purchased, she not only got them exchanged in a timely manner, she personally delivered them back to our home in Bradenton, Florida, she was very helpful and personable at the same time , We will continue to do business with indigo pools in the future, thank you so much
