“Dr. Sieboldt came highly recommended from multiple people when I mentioned I think I may need glasses. My experience was flawless, check-in was immediate, I waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen (I was 15 minutes early). The initial examiner (I didn't get her name) was very nice and professional. The initial exam steps were easily understood and all the equipment looked brand new and exam rooms in excellent condition. The interaction/exam with Dr. Sieboldt couldn't have been better. He was incredibly friendly, professional and took the time to answer every question thoroughly but in a way that was easily understood. While picking out frames, the person that assisted me (I didn't get her name) was just as friendly and professional as everyone else. There was no push to buy anything and every option was explained clearly. Overall the experience was great, truthfully it didn't feel like a traditional doctor's visit; everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. I watched the staff interact with much younger patients and I could see they were equally kind and accommodating to their younger patients as well. Dr. Sieboldt and the entire staff at Brandon Family Eye Care is nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended, 6 out of 5 stars.“

She was patient, kind, and truly cared about making sure Noah had the best experience possible. We are so incredibly thankful for her.

The entire staff was welcoming, compassionate, and helpful from start to finish. And Dr. D. Gaffney was wonderful! He even took time to connect with Noah over Bulls and the local resort he learned about, which meant so much to him. Noah picked out the cutest pair of Oakleys for his very first glasses, and seeing how confident and excited he was made our whole day.

“Review is based from the outside, i didn't do the test but my mother did. She was told by Humana that they take her insurance with full power. Do they? No they don't. If you got an elderly sent here? Its better to shop around. I still gave them a 3.5 to 4. They were super busy but the visit wasn't too long. The staff were respectful. After the test we found out the insurance only covers the test. She chose to keep her own frames and even with that? They charged her $350+ for just the lens's. Thats crazy! Which means if u add a frame it will all be like 600+. Two weeks later we picked up the glasses. She doesn't listen to me when i tell her to just do the test n order online. I got 1 pair of 200+ n every other pair i paid $14.95 online. They are the same things just one is for the wows the other is for the sport related shenanigans. For the test it's ok. Get an estimate and just shop around.“

The staff is always great with helping to set an appointment that works for me. They have all the modern equipment needed for checking your eyes.There are glasses and sunglasses available to purchase as well as contacts. The staff is conscious of Covid and you will find everyone is in compliance and cleaning measures are taken seriously. I trust this place and wouldn't go anywhere else.“
