Had my yearly visit at this location, everything was just excellent , staff very friendly and helpful, doctor was the best, took time to lessen and answered all my questions.

I had a great experience at Sun Hill Optical thanks to Madison. She helped repair my glasses and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Her expertise and willingness to take the time to make sure everything was done right really stood out. Excellent customer service like that is hard to find these days. Wow! Very impressed! I didn't have to wait forever to see the 1st associate! The staff was very professional and definitely treated me with respect! Just the opposite of the other eyewear place I went to. My co pay was only half then the other one! I was given a pick of 4 eye frames to choose from. Was hard to decide because I loved all 4 of my choices! Stunningly beautiful actually! No pressure whatsoever in buying extras! The facility was so spotless, I could of ate of the floor! Seriously!
