The folks at value optical every single one are so wonderful and absolute gems!! Dr. Toni is the first Doctor who took the time to explain to me about my vision and thanks to her and Miss Tracy taking her time with me tirelessly I have the best pair of glasses I’ve had in my whole life and I’m seeing the best for the first time ever. Miss Gayle who answers the phone is the sweetest and has the neatest accent. You will love her and you will love Mr. Mike, who plays the 80s music I miss dearly. I pray everyone will come and see these folks and have the best experience like I have :-)

I’ve never been so happy with an eye exam lol the staff and Dr Toni are beyond amazing and helpful didn’t rush explained everything more than I’ve ever ever had done in my 50 years easy smooth process highly recommend ?

I was in NEED of glasses, but with previous experience from other places, I know I would have to wait at least 2 weeks for my ordered pair to come in.WRONGI have never been to a place where I felt at home! The staff, TOP NOTCH!!??Michael a true gem, he helped me out with checking in, helping me set up my glasses, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make me temporary glasses.(yall I’ve been without my glasses for two weeks!!
