They were friendly, courteous, and very customer centric. Our Veterinarian was Dr. Olsen. Dr. Olsen listened to our concerns, without interrupting, and once we were done she provided her observations and determinations concerning our Lab’s condition. Dr. Olsen was very professional and easy to understand. She is patient and is willing to exchange ideas . We found Dr. Olsen to be outstanding in every way. Lily went on to climb mountains, play in creeks, and roadtrip with us from Florida to Utah to Washington. Our sweet girl lived to be fourteen years young this year, but we were still not ready when the moment came to say good-bye.

“We’ve been looking carefully in & around Winter Park for a vet since we moved here 5 years ago. Dr Peggy is impressive. She’s a highly trained, skilled professional & knowledgeable communicator. Animals are comfortable with her (ironically not a “given” with many vets). Dr. Peggy is not a fan of contemporary money driven business motives common to most vet practices today. Her small staff is very, very friendly & responsive (also unique). Facilities definitely are aging—even a bit shabby. But we’ll stay with the best care provider over bricks & mortar.“

“This place is very close to my home, I've passed through it several times throughout the years. The vet I was taking my cats too raised the prices too high for me to continue taking my cats to him. So I searched around and ended up bringing my cat here for her yearly shots + more. I was surprised at the low fee I paid. I actually saved about $100 or so. On my first time there, the wait time was a bit long because the place was full of dogs/cats waiting to see the vet. This will surely be the place where I will continue to bring my cats. The price is right.“
