Went there with a broken heart after hearing our baby Luna may have a liver shunt. I can not explain how at ease we left after meeting some of the staff. Everyone was so sweet and Dr. Olsen shared so much info on how we got to where we were and how we can proceed. We took our other baby Snoopy with us that day and he got so much love from the staff as well . We are just at the beginning phase with getting our Luna where she needs to be but am truly happy it will be with Blue Pearl !!
What a great Pet Hospital! We just moved from out of state and needed to find an Internal Medicine team right away to get new bloodwork done and take over our pups health care plan. The person we spoke with to schedule the appointment was friendly and helpful. She even put us on a cancellation list so we could possibly get in sooner. We got an appointment earlier than originally scheduled. Dr. Duffy, with Internal Medicine, reviewed our pups health records and was in agreement with our previous Internal Medicine team on the approach to treating our pup and plan of action going forward. Dr. Polly spent so much time explaining my dog’s condition and advised me to let them do a heart scan before surgery due to fact he had a heart murmur that I was aware of. She and her team informed me he would probably not make it through surgery. She could have taken advantage of The situation, but her integrity went over. Love her and blue pearl!
