We took our Lab to Blue Pearl to get a Veterinary specialist to look at a growth in one of his nostrils. The staff at Blue Pearl was outstanding. They were friendly, courteous, and very customer centric. Our Veterinarian was Dr. Olsen. Dr. Olsen listened to our concerns, without interrupting, and once we were done she provided her observations and determinations concerning our Lab’s condition. Dr. Olsen was very professional and easy to understand. She is patient and is willing to exchange ideas . We found Dr. Olsen to be outstanding in every way. I can honestly say although i was nervous taking my dog to get evaluated for possible surgery the staff starting from front staff to the vet tech and the neurologist Dr Kara Knight made this visit less stressful. The staff were very nice they answer all questions and put many of my concerns at ease. The neurologist made sure ALL questions was answered before leaving and informative. She explained every little thing that I needed to know about my dogs condition. Grateful that my dog will be in good hands.
We got an appointment sooner than we expected. Exam and surgery same day. The surgeon took her time with us explaining the procedure. Follow up has been very good. Our dog is doing well.
