“Dr Sandhu is very good with my over active 2 yr old Athena. Athena gets very excited when we pull into the lot! The staff is great with her!
She struggles with allergies and Dr Sandhu knows what works for her. Wednesday she was a “hot spot” mess and today! WOW what a difference.

“Best vet experience! I started going to Pebble Creek when I got my first Siberian cat in April 2024. My previous vet did not treat Siberians which is how I became a client at Pebble Creek Animal Hospital. There is never a long wait in the waiting room, and I love the personal touch with the little welcome sign for pet outside of the exam room. I knew if I ever decided to expand my pet family, they were 100% going to Pebble Creek. Well, 10/22 of this year I got my second Siberian. I love the fact they have a free “get to know you” visit with the vet techs and staff (not a doctor visit). I took my new kitten in today and the staff, as always, was amazing. I mostly dealt with Taylor, who is a vet tech. The time she spent with us talking about the kitties, answered many questions, and polite conversation was amazing. I didn’t feel like just another client. She is definitely an asset to this practice! The staff and doctors are kind and take as much time as needed to answer all questions. Also, prices are not inflated like some other practices I’ve been to. Highly recommend!“

“Fetch has been an absolute pleasure… I was recommended by family friends and I brought in my boy Diamond for a bladder blockage. Turned out he had 5 bladder stones. Dr. Arnold was his main doctor at the time.. they were very communicative, front desk has all been very nice as well. I’ve also brought in my little lady Pip recently for an ear infection and Dr. Hurley was very sweet and explained everything throughly making prescriptions easy. No bad experiences.. love that they care about what
they do and have no problem seeing the kiddos at any time. <3“

“We have been going to Santa Cruz Animal Hospital for several years now. We love Dr. Stanton and she has given all our babies great care and still does! We first met her and the staff at the hospital when our regular vet was out of town and our 10 yr old girl Sophie (yellow lab / german shepherd mix) stated acting funny at home and became very very bloated. We called several places and Santa Cruz was the only vet clinic who answered and told us to come in. The end result was Sophie's abdomen was twisted and Dr. Stanton did emergency surgery, which saved Sophie's life. We ended up having Sophie for two more years before we lost her to cancer. We credit Dr. Stanton and the staff for this extra years. Since that time our vet retired and we have remained with Dr. Stanton and Santa Cruz. She has seen us through the loss of Sophie, the additions of Jackson, Stella, Emily and now Virgil (all rescues)! She also helped us to say goodbye to Sophie, Jackson and Stella when their time came. I can say she and the staff were compassionate, supportive and understanding during those times. Being honest, I will say they are more expensive than some others, but the care is exceptional. They have always found a way to fit us in when we had a concern or worry and Doc took the time to speak with us by phone when necessary. You can't go wrong with the doctors here.“

“They are well run & and trained. Compassionate for all animals. Quite expensive making them out of reach for many but when they can find ways to hold costs down they work with you on it. They have been wonderful to my dying dog so I’m very thankful I’m with them just wish a larger number could avail themselves of their services! Dr Coyle is a knowledgeable animal loving oncologist!“

“Just had to take my dog here tonight for a broken/inflamed nail and they took such great care of her. Dr. Schimmel and the entire staff was very caring and compassionate. She also took the time to explain what testing would be performed and why it was indicated. I would absolutely recommend taking your animal here if they need emergency care.“

“Came in for an emergency check up. Didn’t have to wait long for them to bring to back in look a wound on neck. We found out would is infected and they would have to sedate him to cut hair but Dr. Harbert said it wouldn’t be in best interest of max to sedate him with full belly so he referred me come back later.“

“If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I brought my dog in on Saturday (Jan 3, 2026) because she peed blood on the carpet. They explained that they would take Lily and see if she had an UTI. Dr. Thornhill came in and told me all they got was blood. Lily had a mass on her kidney that I knew about. Doctor Thornhill explained that Lily's mass had burst and she was bleeding internally and that the cancer on her kidney spread into her bladder. I asked if I could wait and let our Vet put Lily to sleep, and she said no. So I made the unbelievably painful decision to let Dr. Thornhill do it. I could not ask for a more compassionate Vet or human being. She hugged me, and said she would go get Lily ready. They eventually brought her into a private room with me so we could have some last minute time. I knew at that point Lily was dying. After awhile, Dr. Thornhill came in and quietly and gently helped my baby cross the Rainbow Bridge. When Lily was gone, i just couldn't stay there. I got up to leave and Dr. Thornhill gave me a big hug and she was crying too. She is a living angel, truly. My Vet (who is a fabulous human)called on Monday morning to say he got all the paperwork from Dr. Thornhill and she was 100% correct in terms of what decisions she made. And I did the right thing as well. God knew Lily was going to cross the rainbow bridge, so he sent me to Dr. Thornhill, who he knew would be a blessing to both Lily and I. Thank You to all the staff who helped my Lily that night. You were all fantastic too.“

“The staff was very nice, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable, although not very friendly. It did seem more expensive than other vet offices I have been too, so for that fact, I would probably not go back for routine appointments, but they got me in for an emergency, and I would go back if I needed to bring in my cat on a weekend again.“
