“No one wants to deal with A/C issues especially remotely. My experience dealing with Rocket Cooling was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling and follow up was great. The technician Nicholas arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem quickly and had it resolved. Nicholas took the time to get on the phone with me and go through what he found and provide helpful advice for maintaining my system going forward. Thank you!”
“Above and beyond all expectations! Doug Rumpf the owner and his team went out of their way during the hottest month of the year to be sure our family was taken care of.
The level of expertise, courtesy and kindness was truly amazing and something we have not seen in years.
They were truthful with what we needed and gave an honest and fair price. Incredibly professional!
Our family recommends Sub Zero Air for any and all HVAC services in the Keys!!!!
Thank you all again so much for your hard work!!!!”
“The repairman did a clean repair and explain to me other details in case there's a problem”
