“My house needed new air conditioners (14 years old, 13 SEER and failing components monthly) and so I began a two year slow and methodical investigation on what systems I needed to buy. I purchased variable speed units and Irwin’s had the expertise to install these complex units and help repair one, under warranty, that came with a broken humidity detector in the thermostat. Trane told me my system was fine but Irwin’s listened to my complaints and replaced the thermostat anyway. Not only did it fix the problem but demonstrated to me these guys will listen, and not leave the customer stranded when something is out of the ordinary.
They are local and have been able to get parts quickly and respond promptly which is important when something breaks and it starts getting hot inside. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will be using them again in the future!“
