Went to the Mar Bar for lunch and stumbled across this adorable Hair Salon & boutique. I asked the girl in there, Claire, if she could do some highlights and made an appointment a couple days later. One of the best foil highlights that I’ve had in a long time. They also have hair styling products that I can’t find anywhere else in the Keys -a nice selection of the good stuff. I bought 2 tops, sandals and earnings as well. I’m blaming it on the glass of wine at Mar Bar! Thanks Claire!! Update: just met Gwen on Saturday- lovely. Bought more stuff!! Then ate oysters and drank more wine. Saw their pedicure room- coming. Can’t wait. She said actively booking facials! Woo hoo!

The whole place has such a peaceful, inspiring vibe. You can tell the people here really love what they do. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help without making you feel rushed or pressured.

Took my son out with Captain Ryan last Saturday and it was hands down one of the best charters we've ever been on. My son hooked into a big black grouper that he's still talking about, and we limited out on mutton snapper on top of it. What really set the trip apart was Ryan himself — he's incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to teach us techniques we'd never seen before. Patient, informative, and genuinely great with my son. If you want a captain who puts you on fish AND actually teaches you something, this is your guy. Can't recommend him enough. We'll be back!

So happy with my first visit to The Room Nail Bar. It was super easy to schedule an appointment on their website without having to download a separate app. I made the appt with Dailianys and she did not disappoint. She is soft spoken and very kind and friendly. She did a great clean job and made sure I was happy with my end result. I did a pedicure and builder gel refill milky white and she made suggestions for my nails to make sure I was satisfied. The parking is easy right in front of their doors and the salon looks very clean and new equipment. I’m so excited for my next appt which I booked while checking out from our session today.

Brittany is amazing, not just at what she does, but at keeping your hair healthy. I follow her at-home routine and my hair has never been this long or healthy, even postpartum. Dr Garrett is Great. Extremely nice office staff. Very clean and accommodating. Works with my schedule and always get some release from treatment. specifically go in for the therapy on neck i get an alignment . Has referred some great gels and more , sells in her office . Has nice supply of larger gel icepacks which are great as well as homeopathic suppliments for your needs.
