We decided on a whim to throw a birthday party for our 14 year old son and rented a water slide from Dana Party Rentals. From the very beginning, the communication with David was outstanding. He even took the time to walk me through the entire process after business hours, which I truly appreciated.
About a week before the party, we decided to add a snow cone machine and a cotton candy machine. David made the changes quickly, and everything went so smoothly.
The equipment was clean, the setup was fast, and everyone was professional. They speak both English and Spanish, which made communication easy for our family. David even helped run a power cord from my apartment to the party area, which was completely above and beyond what I expected.
Everything went exactly as planned, and the party was a huge success. I recommend Paradise Pup Resort to anyone needing dog sitting services. Our German Shepherd loves spending time with Tiffany and her family. You will get daily videos of your pup having the time of their lives. He gets plenty of exercise and play time. They take him on field trips as well. They are well trained to handle all dog breeds and temperaments. My dog gets excited when he sees his bag ready to visit his friends. Thank you for the excellent care of our baby.
