The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The masseuse was very experienced and worked out long time kinks all throughout my body. I was unsure of the service initially because of the cost but it was worth it.

I’m a snow bird and I was in need of a little “waxing upkeep”. After much diligent google research, I chose to make an appointment at Bloom. From the first phone call, I felt welcomed. Where I come from, in NJ, the women that work at salons can be a little snotty. NOT HERE! I walked in and was greeted by everyone. I had a nice chat with the owner, who could not have been nicer! Ok- the service, Kim was the esthetician I saw. This salon only does Sugaring- which it turns out, I’m a total fan of! Excellent care from Kim, who is also just so sweet! She is also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, as I was mostly unfamiliar with this hair removal technique....read full review

Had a facial here yesterday and it was so relaxing and refreshing! A bit pricey but Definitely worth it. All the products are organic and the technician - Kimberly was very professional. My facial took almost 2 hours long! A bit longer than expected but again very through. Boutique is nice too. Carry some of my favorite brands- Osea for example. Treat yourself when you’re in the keys!
