Calling all blondes…look no further than UBU Color Salon! Ricki, is beyond talented at repairing over processed, broken, damaged, and fried blonde hair. He has transformed my once damage hair back to health and now I can be blonde again! And without risking anymore breakage or damage to my hair! He has a true gift!
I came here in 2021 to see Penny for her work on blondes specifically, she got me from my natural dirty blonde to platinum and still touching it up now in 2024. I dont trust anyone else in the Tampa area to touch my hair!! She has been a blonde blessing, my hair is naturally more fine so I was nervous going platinum but my hair has gotten so much healthier with the routine trims and root touch ups its still long. I recommend Penny & all the staff are always welcoming and helpful & friendly. Thank you

I came in to see Penny for the first time this month! I came in for a balayage and to refresh my front pieces. My hair is extremely hard to lighten and it came out a bit darker than my preference. Penny saw me multiple times and worked with me through until my hair was exactly the way I wanted it! I am so pleased with the way it came out and appreciated all the hard work and effort she put in to make sure I was inlove with my hair. After a few tweaks my hair looks the best it ever has!!! :) TY!
