I usually enjoy my experience here. Unfortunately today I received a call to move my appointment to a later time, I was already cutting it close getting to my event afterwards so I opted to cancel the appointment. They then charged me a cancellation fee since it was same day, which is pretty rude when you were the one that called me to push my appointment back.
Lexi is amazing she knows how to work with Hair. It's a little difficult and long. I didn't really have to say anything. She just knew she was doing that only was my hair super clean. I got a great hair wash conditioner, dry, and curls. I couldn't be happier I'm almost afraid to post because I don't want her to become too popular lol..😜 Just kidding, Lexi you're awesome. I usually go to the Orlando location and it’s a 50/50 experience. I was in town to visit my sister and my hair turned out great. Crystal was very kind and always checked in to see how I preferred each step. I appreciated that a lot. She achieved the look I asked for and it really pretty. The best past is it stayed put for once - which is rare with the FL humidity. I’m moving to Tampa soon and will request her again!
