From the time we had problems with a sewer line in a house we just leased they were so understanding and kind. From the customer service representative to the team that came out to fixe the pipe which we Christian & Jed they were so knowledge and understanding. Both super polite and very respectful. You have some very special employees that work for your company. Highly recommend.
This is the second time I needed to call Titan for a back up in less then two months and they decided they needed to put a camera through the line to discover the real cause of the problem. They found grease build up and the line needed to be jettisoned. So the did the snake, camera and jettison all for the cost of the jettison. The office staff was awesome in coordinating with my tenants and keeping me informed and the tech Ariel Rodriguez was on top of not only the job but making to all flow easily and keeping me informed. Titan is my go-to from now on!
