I never leave reviews, but this had to made.. i love my child’s doctor but Fatima at the front desk was so very rude. She told me to use the kiosk and the kiosk wasn’t working for me so she was mad she had to do her job and check me in. Gave me attitude the whole time of me just having to sign in then proceeded to say her attitude is because I didn’t use the kiosk. I’ve never had a problem with the staff here but she needs to be put in the back away from clients
Don’t walk, run away from this place. They will bill literally everything to your insurance company as a hospital visit even though it’s literally a doctors office. Will not revise any invoice. You can’t talk to someone, they make you jump through 9000 layers because one person says USF handles it, then another person says Tampa General handles it. All it is, is corporate structures to protect them and rip you off. Forget the fact that you will get no where with the sleep doctors they just want you to keep coming in for the office visit so they can continue to charge you as an outpatient visit which is far more money than a specialty visit such a joke.
Well this is embarrassing, usually I'm better about doing my research before I make an appointment at a place! We had an appointment at 3 and showed up at 2:45 for our first time appointment, so I wasn't expecting g it to go super fast. But we left at 2:40 after waiting in the exam room after her vitals were taken and a student did a round on her, though letting us know the doctor would be repeating everything she'd done and asking the same questions. It had been 2 hours of waiting at that point so my blood was boiling. We walked out and got a call from them at 4:48 when I guess they realised we were gone.
